Job Description

CACI is the prime contractor for the development and integration of a large Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems integration effort. The program is an ACAT-1 level program with high visibility within CACI's large portfolio of enterprise business systems and healthcare solution programs. The EHR solution will support the documentation of healthcare for all deployed military service members and is designed to provide the latest technologies to the Department of Defense. As a result of this effort, the EHR will provide a more comprehensive documentation of healthcare provided to US service members.


The candidate will work remotely at either of two CACI sites (Chantilly, VA or Frederick, MD) as a member of CACI’s Program Management Office. Working as the Integrated Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an MS Project resource-loaded schedule that integrates with our EIA-748 compliant EVMS system.

Duties include:

  • Development and maintenance of the program's cost and schedule baseline

  • Developing an Agile methodology Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) by working with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, and associate interdependencies across the program

  • Develop scheduling status reports, which are reviewed at Program Management meetings

  • Develop and maintain schedule artifacts and other program documentation

  • Assist with determining the critical path of the program based on schedule progress and established task dependencies

  • Transfer data from Microsoft Project to the team’s Earned Value system and ensure accuracy of data

  • Support the team’s continuous Schedule Change Control improvements efforts

  • Actively participate in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs)

  • Interact daily with technical leads, CACI leadership, and client personnel by providing schedule status data


  • US Citizen

  • Public Trust: Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Public Trust clearance

  • 3 or more years of related experience in project support and working with Microsoft Project

  • IMS creation and scheduling experience

  • Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates, Schedule Risk Assessments

  • Proficiency in other office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Visio and SharePoint)

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, operations research, statistics or business) or a discipline that fosters problem solving, structured thought and creativity


  • Familiarity with DoD Contracting environment

  • Experience running DCMA 14-point schedule assessments

  • Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies

  • Experience on large-scale software development projects

  • Experience with Earned Value Management


  • Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.


  • Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on a computer for extended periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face.
