Mission Infrastructure Support Specialist

  • You will experience performing assessments, developing or improving configuration management processes and procedures, and implementing these processes and procedures

  • You will have experience of personal computers and related hardware and software application and development products

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must have an active TS/SCI with required Polygraph clearance

  • 4-7 years of related experience

  • Experience providing technical assistance to computer system users

  • Ability to troubleshoot computer hardware and software

  • Demonstrated knowledge of communication protocols and standards

  • Ability to train individuals in one-on-one training regarding equipment and web application usage

  • Ability to implement and coordinate repairs and solve software problems

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals used in the assembly, installation, repair and operation of computers and data communication equipment

  • Ability to maintain records and write reports

  • Experience with Cisco, Juniper and other environments

  • Basic internet security fundamentals

  • Understanding of routing concepts, switches, IP addresses, VPN, bridging, LAN, WAN

  • Experience implementing firewalls
