Job Description

CACI is looking for a .NET software developer who is skilled in UI/UX design in order to support a large-scale DoD system. Under minimal direction, formulates and defines system scope and objectives. Establishes procedures to solve complex problems regarding system equipment capacity and limitations, operating time and output. Prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written. May provide guidance to less experienced analyst/programmers.


  • Formulates and develops detailed specifications, code, documentation and related customer information required to complete program development maintenance activities.

  • Prepares detailed specifications for programs.

  • Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation.

  • Analyzes, codes, tests and documents complex programs. Creates and/ or modifies complex programs to meet user requirements. Identifies problem areas and recommends solutions and standards.

  • Analyzes and documents existing application systems to determine processing requirements.

  • Designs and develops client applications; meets with clients/functional SMEs to determine program requirements.

  • Analyzes, reviews, and rewrites programs to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least six years of related experience

  • Experience in web application design and development, crafting intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

  • Experience using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JSON

  • Experience using C#, .NET, WebForms and MVC

  • Experience with the Atlassian Tools (Confluence, JIRA, Stash)

  • Experience with GIT and integrating OpenSource libraries/resources

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, with or eligible for a DOD Secret security clearance


  • Agile/Scrum Experience

  • Experience with relational databases

  • Experience with Backend as a Service (BaaS) API interfaces, MS WebAPI

  • Expertise with the Angular 1.x -6.x MV* framework

  • Proficient in customized AngularJS directives, experienced in constructing reusable services, models, controllers and templates

  • Experience with RESTful architectures and asynchronous API invocations from JavaScript/AngularJS clients

  • Experience with unit testing, Test Driven Development (TDD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD) (incl. Protractor, Selenium, Karma, Jasmine)

  • Familiarity with open source tools: (Grunt/Gulp), Package Managers (NPM/Bower)

  • Understanding of Section 508 compliance
