Job Description
What You Will Get To Do:
This unique role blends strong technical skills with data science, targeting, and analytics. The successful candidate will have a foundation of technical skills in the areas of scripting, systems administration, and networking, and will also have a natural intellectual curiosity to help create, prototype, administer, and maintain analytic visualizations in a dynamic operational environment. You will be part of a team with a mission-first focus and will have a certain amount of independence and autonomy to advance our capabilities primarily in the areas of targeting and analytics. You will have direct interactions with end users to better understand requirements and operational intent, and will align your work activities to expand our capabilities. This is a job with a great deal of operational impact offering a high degree of job satisfaction. Will be leaned on heavily by CNOs.
Required Experience:
Must possess TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to start on program
7+ years experience in a cyber engineering role implementing, maintaining, or administering enterprise security analytics
Be able to enter client training course in a few years
Familiarity with pen testing tools
Possess advanced networking knowledge
Be a self-starter/self-sufficient
Able to work with limited oversight after OJT
Be experienced in multiple operating systems
Strong familiarity with commonly used large scale service components
SW testing and debugging skills a must
VMWare, vpshere, virtualization experience needed
Strong Linux scripting skills
Hands on experience using and configuring IT tools (Docker, Splunk, Git, Elasticsearch)
Strong Automaton and orchestration skills such as Ansible, Salt, Docker, Puppet
Experience configuring windows and Linux servers and appliances
Testing experience
Understanding network topology
