Job Description:

As an experienced professional in CACI's growing Enterprise Solutions and Services (ESS) organization, the desired candidate will work as a training team member to support development and delivery of training using Oracle Federal Financials as the solution for the agency’s accounting and financial management operations. Expected duties include:

  • Designing, developing and conducting instructor-led and computer-based training courses on the functionality provided by the Oracle Financials solution

  • Assisting with training environment user account and responsibility management

  • Training internal Program Management Office resources

  • Contributing to the development of periodic newsletters and updates to the Agency’s internet site

  • Knowledge/experience with Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK)

  • Conducting brown bags and other sessions to supplement training, communicate reminders and announce changes in the system and/or supporting business processes

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated prior experience designing and delivering training in two/three or more of Oracle R12 modules including Budget to Report, Prospect to Order, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Acquire to Retire modules.

  • Demonstrated functional knowledge of Oracle R12 Prospect to Order (P2O): Project Billing, Project Costing, Project Management

  • Order to Cash (O2C): Inventory, Accounts Receivable

  • Procure to Pay (P2P): Purchasing, Accounts Payable

  • Budget to Report (B2R): Federal Administrator, General Ledger

  • Ability to collaboratively work as a Training Team resource located within the client’s PMO structure

  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to work creatively, and analytical in a problem-solving environment

  • Experience in dealing with complex tasks

  • Previous Adobe Captivate experience preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 3 years related experience

  • Successful completion of background investigation requirements
