CACI is looking for a Personnel Security Administrator II to support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment. On this program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DoD customer to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.

As a Personnel Security Administrator, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between various departments within the Department of the Air Force and the EITaaS Wave 1 team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication and collaboration between different stakeholders, enabling a proactive and comprehensive approach to the onboarding and management of personnel. You will serve as the main point of contact for Common Access Card (CAC) matters, working with the DMDC/DEERS Support Office to ensure CAC process is streamlined and operating effectively.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Act as the primary liaison between the DMDC and other business units, departments, and external partners. Establish strong working relationships to understand their unique needs, challenges, and requirements related to security.

  • Communication and Education: Facilitate clear and timely communication regarding security matters, including best practices of operation a local RAPIDS ID card office.

  • Collaborate with various teams to identify potential issues within the CAC process and utilize expertise in illuminating those issues by developing mitigation strategies to address identified issues.

  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of DMDC policies, standards, and guidelines across the organization. Collaborate with departments to ensure they are aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.

More About the Role:

  • Track and report key performance indicators related to CAC processing and initiatives, ensuring that progress is communicated to stakeholders and management.

  • Manage onsite Site Security Managers to ensure the availability of the site as RAPIDS online location that is available to be selected and used for indoctrination and pick up CACs.

  • Manages the security of RAPIDS workstation (s) that are under his/her purview.

  • Oversee the day to day standard operating procedures on issuing ID Cards to Military, Contractors, Government and family members.

  • Responsible for the following areas of operation: User Administration; Ordering, Management and Accountability of CAC stock and consumables; Policy and Procedure Compliance; Site Administration Documentation and Training; and the Use of the Automated Card management System.

  • Monitors kiosks constantly to minimize customer waiting time.

  • Ensure team has the proper training coordinating through the DMDC to conduct the necessary maintenance actions such as - Installs new hardware components, run and review audit reports, manage users, security, cardstock, consumables, and maintain the site's address information/hours of operations/business practices (appointment only or walk-ins) for the “ID Card Office Online,” Security Online, and Inventory Logistics Portal (ILP).

  • Performs RAPIDS security overrides for document and fingerprint support.

  • Performs the following tasks: Prepares correspondence, letters, and statistical reports as required by the ID Card Facility Manager or COR; Enters and/or validates data in automated systems, as needed; Maintains accuracy of automated personnel and other databases; Retrieves data from the Rapids Reporting Tool, kiosks, DHR databases, and site maintenance tool;

  • Reviews and Maintains “ID Card Office Online” oversight; Reviews all information on the audit trail reports.

  • Perform other ad hoc security and management functions as policy and processes change, ensuring documentation and training for all staff as updates happen.

  • Serve as the primary liaison with internal Security teams to ensure onboarding and CAC process and tracking efficiency.

Act as a Trusted Agent (TA) to signoff and provide EITaaS privileged access and token rights to individuals that meet the qualifications.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • 7+ years’ experience. (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience)

  • Proven experience in a related role, with a focus as a Trusted Agent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, security clearances and best practices.

  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and DoD Policies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex situations and provide practical solutions.

  • Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Dedication to staying current with the rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape.

  • Secret Clearance.
