CACI is pursuing the prime contract for a large-scale integration and development transformation program that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. In addition, the resulting solution will deliver direct support to our Navy Sailors and their families. More About the Role:

The PMO Lead will manage a team of 10 to 15 resources to provide Program Management and administrative support for the MPT&E Transformation Program. He/she will report to the Deputy Program Manager. The PMO Lead will be responsible for program planning, program integration management, cost/schedule and performance management, issue and risk management, resource management, partner/subcontractor management, and change control management. He/she will facilitate the integration of best practices contained within the Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015, Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®) for Development (CMMI-DEV) 2.0 Level 3, and ITIL v3 to provide the Navy with efficient, streamlined support for MPT&E development, modernization, sustainment, and enhancement. The Program delivery framework will ensure maximum collaboration and communication between the TPC and the MPT&E Community of Interest (COI). The framework will provide task level implementation teams with the processes, guidance, tools, templates, and examples to help them refine, implement and improve project processes, leading to reduced risk, increased transparency, streamlined performance, and improved portfolio synchronicity.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of related experience with at least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or PMO Lead

  • PMP Certification

  • Previous experience supporting Enterprise-scale IT Transformation programs

  • Previous experience leading teams and managing people • Knowledge and understanding of project planning tools including Microsoft Project

  • Knowledge and understanding of web-based collaboration platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint

  • Knowledge and understanding of risk management tools such as Risk Radar

  • Previous experience with software development tools such as Jira and Rational Team Concert

  • Previous experience managing project financials, developing forecasts, and submitting monthly financial reports

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of Oracle PeopleSoft, Salesforce, and ServiceNow platforms

  • Domain expertise in Human Capital Management Systems

  • Previous experience supporting US Navy information technology initiatives

  • Previous experience supporting Agile development programs

  • Understanding of Navy Manpower, Personnel, Training and Education business processes and application systems

  • Knowledge and experience with applicable Federal Laws, Regulations and Policies relevant to the implementation and deployment of IT systems in support of the DoD mission
