CACI’s Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector is seeking a cleared (TS/SCI with Poly) Project Integrator who will support the customer-facing Program Management Office (PMO), providing communication to program staff, coordinating and maintaining program information, and planning, coordinating, and participating in meetings and other functions. As a PMO Project Integrator, you will plan and execute ways to improve operational efficiencies and handle program CDRLs.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Developing and implementing means to effectively communicate with program staff, program PMO, and customer personnel, including tasks requiring the collecting, compiling, evaluating, and publishing of information and statistical data

  • Planning and coordinating program management process activities, such as program reviews, including the scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings and presentations

  • Maintaining a point of contact (POC) list to include documenting staff changes and collecting relevant staffing information

  • Maintaining synchronization of program personnel data across multiple platforms

  • Maintaining essential personnel lists to support emergency operations of all kinds

  • Assisting in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly management plans and reports

  • Improving and developing PMO processes, working methods, and tools

  • Performing administrative functions, such as email and memo correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files

  • Providing information requiring broad experience, skill, and knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures

  • Delivering formal CDRLs and ad hoc reports to the customer(s)

  • Maintaining correspondence suspense files, records, files for reports, operating procedures, internal memorandums

  • Composing and distributing correspondence

  • Other duties as assigned

You Will Bring the Following Qualifications :

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance (active / in-scope)

  • Strong writing skills are key for this role

  • Experience or familiarity with responsibilities involved with supporting a PMO; ideally to include drafting and assisting with CDRLs

  • Must maintain a professional demeanor in a customer-facing work environment

  • Skilled in the areas of multi-tasking, prioritizing assignments, attention to detail and quality of work

  • High level communication and organization skills; proven ability to effectively communicate with program personnel, management, and customers

  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
