Job Description

What You’ll Get to Do:

You will support Information Technology Enterprise strategic thought leadership, have knowledge of industry and sponsor best practices, and be able to assist in forging a partnership with leaders across sponsor partners to drive and support further Identification, Authentication and Authorization (IAA) development, communication and implementation of vision. You will work with a variety of sponsor and contractor personnel in support of large scale, Enterprise-wide technical and IT governance change initiatives. This position has influence and impact potential for sponsor and sponsor-partner initiatives across multiple fabrics and domains.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Assist with managing and tracking IT program schedules across multiple IAA capabilities.

  • Support planning or make recommendations for effective meetings, off-sites, briefings, program, etc. encompassing disparate IT technical, user, management and security cadres.

  • Assist with identifying bottlenecks in processes, issues within capabilities/programs and keep all affected Project Managers and senior management informed.

  • Collaborate in preparing presentations for IAA cross domain/fabric IT planning and execution.

  • Recommend innovative, practical, and timely options for solutions that clearly delineate benefits/trade-offs to users, stakeholders, managers and security.

  • Assist with management and/or work teams by; seeking team consensus, structuring meetings with clear, meaningful agendas, helping to identify goals of both the team and the project and helping any team member as requested by Sponsor's Program Manager.

  • Ability to grasp large amounts of detailed information while spotting things that could potentially fall into the cracks

  • Ability to make suggestions about or question direction, strategy, etc. (in appropriate forum)

Required Skills:

  • Familiarity with challenges/opportunities faced by large organizations executing significant IT change initiatives.

  • Experience exhibiting technical, management and security problem solving skills under challenging time pressures.

  • Experience assisting with long range IT strategic planning in a large organization.

  • Demonstrated experience exhibiting oral and written communication skills, with an ability to distill technical concepts into actionable decisions for non-technical managers.

  • Demonstrated skill assisting with the facilitating of meetings with all levels of personnel (e.g., users, developers, managers, security, finance) at varying levels of experience.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the field of Strategic Planning and Thought Leadership.

  • Experience working with broad concepts exhibiting extrapolating logical next steps, and conceptualizing details required to further the vision.

  • Experience exhibiting presentation and leadership skills

  • Experience in the customer’s business areas and Sponsor resource management processes.

  • Experience with Sponsor partners.

  • Familiarity with modern IAA and IT access management practices.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Candidate must have one of the following:

  • 10 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma

  • 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree

  • 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree

  • 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
