CACI International Project Manager in Chantilly, Virginia
Serve as a part-time Program Manager for a small program (15 FTE) within the Intelligence Community that is responsible for processing security clearances.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct and control all of the activities to be performed by the Contractor
Ensure all SOW requirements are delivered with focus on efficiency, timeliness and quality
Notify the Sponsor of all activities that may impact cost, schedule and performance, and in that effort, seek an acknowledgment of the activity and /or cost. Coordinate with the COTR prior to incurring any questionable or new cost or expense
Personnel oversight and monitoring
Maximize cost reduction opportunities
Consult and coordinate with the COTR for problem resolution, task scheduling, new resource requirements, training needs and task clarification
Ensure that contractor tasks are completed within deadlines, tasking guidance from the Sponsor is clear and unambiguous, contractor personnel are qualified to perform tasks and potential personnel problems are pre-empted
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience
Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 704 regulations
Advanced ability to lead a team of security professionals encompassing multiple disciplines
Thorough understanding of computer operating systems/tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
High School diploma or GED, and 6 years of experience as a PM or 3 years of experience as a PM with a bachelor's Degree or higher
