CACI International Relativity Administrator I - Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) Required in Chantilly, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
We are seeking Relativity Certified experts to assist the Department of Justice Civil Division with being a Relativity industry leader in its specialized environment and ensure that the government is able to meet its eDiscovery requirements.
The candidate will provide oversight on Relativity implementation, system interface management, security and certification.
Ensures operational health of the Relativity application to ensure the application is being used efficiently for supporting review of case materials.
Performs Relativity front-end administration, configuration management, information assurance, helpdesk service support, and integration of the Relativity products and features.
Provides consulting services to clients and stakeholders regarding best practices for the use of Relativity and support users throughout the entirety of the eDiscovery data lifecycle.
More About the Role:
Providing technical expertise, technical resources and support as it relates to the management, functionality, operability and utilization of the Relativity environments while also ensuring high availability to support the Civil Division’s e-Discovery requirements.
Possess excellent user relationship skills including the ability to proactively manage user expectations, recognize user needs and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.
Successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks while keeping team leadership informed of status, potential project risks or pending issues
Provide collaborative support to colleagues and end users, involving other Subject Matter Experts as necessary
Manage and communicate information effectively between relevant internal parties including collection and data processing specialists, as well as Relativity end users.
Troubleshoot data and system related issues and escalate appropriately.
Assist reviewers with workflow optimization and other needs specific to Relativity: manage users and permissions; execute search queries; identify and remove duplicate items from review sets; classify, cull, and organize data using tagging, exclusions, and custom objects.
Provide status updates as well as communicate any technical issues to management.
Analyze monitoring data for performance optimization opportunities.
Create custom reports as needed.
Use Relativity scripts and applications to increase efficiency and consistency.
Create and maintain documentation, educate, and train end users on the use of Relativity and general best practices.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) is required.
Knowledge of all working phases and components of Relativity.
Firm understanding of the EDRM and thorough knowledge of all phases of discovery. General understanding of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) a plus.
Experience in an eDiscovery vendor, Government, or law firm environment (including but not limited to Early Case Assessment, Analytics and Predictive Coding, Downstream Review and Production) and Investigative workflows
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of analysis methods and techniques for management of projects containing ESI.
BA/BS or equivalent and five years of applicable experience.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Other Relativity certifications, e.g. Relativity Analytics Specialist, Relativity Infrastructure Specialist, etc.
Experience with integrating other applications with Relativity, e.g. Brainspace, Blackout, NexLP, Veritone, etc.
