The Opportunity:
Manage how various HRIS accounts are used on various systems
Utilize knowledge of information systems and technology to develop, implement, manage, and maintain HR systems
Attend planning meetings to review and understand the capabilities and limitations of a system, relay information and make recommendations to HRO leadership
Develop a plan of action or project plan or specifications necessary to carry out the customer system requirements
Communicate updates about modifications, enhancements, migrations, outages, etc.
IT Savvy - comfortable with various forms of IT.
Perform other duties as assigned. .
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
2+ Years of experience
Highly proficient in IT tools and data bases, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other presentation software.
Experience with basic platforms such as Share Point.
Ability to work with multiple sources of data.
Ability to manipulate data into logical formats.
Strong relationship communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to succeed in environment with conflicting priorities.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH CLEARANCE
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with Human Resource IT systems.
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong data and analytical skills.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$109,800 - $241,600
