CACI is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations.
The Senior Project Manager will support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.
General Description:
The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage IT projects including software applications, engineering projects, infrastructure and facility projects, and enterprise deployment activities in support of the Department of the Air Force. Successful candidates will coordinate and direct activities of a matrixed technical team including subject matter experts (SMEs), technicians, developers, and other appropriate expertise as needed to develop, design, document, implement and manage small- and large-scale projects. Project Managers will ensure compliance with established project implementation processes through all phases of the project life cycle (planning, requirements definition, design, development, integration, test, disposition, implementation, operations & maintenance) as well as deliver the appropriate artifacts as defined by the level of the project.

Responsible for the management, scheduling and coordination of project activities
Provides leadership to a cross-functional team, managing resource assignments, and task completion dates
Develops project schedules to define all project tasks required for successful project delivery
Effectively coordinates and prioritizes project tasks and activities based on customer requirements
Works cooperatively with technical leads to plan tasks based on priority and manpower availability
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Assists in the writing of project requirements, test plans, test scripts and other project deliverables
Develops program / project standard operating procedures as required
Develops presentations and
Coordinates with other contractors to manage project tasks and deliverables
Qualifications:
Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance
15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree in related field may be substituted for 7 years relevant experience).
9+ years’ of experience managing IT projects
Intermediate to advanced MS Project skills to aid with schedule generation and project tracking
Experience in an Enterprise IT environment
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal
Desired Skills:
PMP Certification
Experience with ServiceNow
ITIL v4 Foundations certification
Security + Certification

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,800 - $219,600
