CACI is looking for a Senior Strategic Communications Specialist to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations.
What You’ll Get to Do:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Senior Strategic Communications Specialst . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization.
The communications manager is responsible for managing all formal communications with internal and external stakeholders. The communications manager is the owner of the Communications Plan. Within the Communications Plan, the communications manager will identify all stakeholders, their interest in the program, and their general information requirements. The communications manager will engage with each stakeholder to determine their specific requirements for communications. The communications manager will determine the frequency and the format of each communication. This includes finalizing the format and the information contained in contract deliverables.
The communications manager documents every formal internal and external communication within a communications matrix (spreadsheet) identifying a primary and alternate person responsible for building the communication, the recipients, the delivery instructions, frequency of delivery, and general format (e.g. MS Word document). The communications manager also ensures there are written (or automated) instructions for building each communication referenced in the communications matrix. The communications manager will build the instructions or coordinate the work of others to build the instructions.
The selected candidate will advise the product owners for scrum teams performing process automation to build reports (to the extent possible) within ServiceNow. The communications manager will track the progress of producing and delivering each communication to ensure quality products are delivered on time.

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
· Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance and be able to maintain
· 10-15 Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience; Master’s Degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor’s degree and 3 years relevant experience).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
· ITIL 4 Certifications
· Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs
· Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards
· Experience with DoD IT security requirements

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $64,600-$132,500. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
