CACI is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer that has over 5 years’ experience managing the ServiceNow platform following ITIL methodology with the main emphasis on Configuration Management, the CMDB, and discovery. The role includes installing, troubleshooting, and ServiceNow application development using an Scrum Agile approach. The role also includes integrating ServiceNow with other applications using web services.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with other developers and Scrum Master to communicate current development effort status and any blockers in the daily Scrum meetings

  • Ensuring that the software behaves as designed by testing it for bugs and performance during all stages of the development process

  • Assisting with maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques during the during the development process

  • Performing ServiceNow Service Portal configurations and deployments

  • Developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities

  • Leveraging UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts

  • Implementing ServiceNow users, groups, roles, and ACL management

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Experience with ServiceNow Development using:

  • Business Rules

  • Client Scripts

  • UI Actions

  • CMDB

  • Discovery

  • ITOM

  • Experience with the following:

  • JavaScript

  • Web technologies - HTML or XML

  • API integrations with other systems

  • Possess an ITIL certification

  • Possess a Security + certification

  • Excellent communication and people skills and work well in a team environment

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$85,800 - $180,200
