CACI is seeking a ServiceNow ITOM Architect in support of the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. CACI is leading the way in transforming IT services from an in-house, base-centric delivery model to an advanced enterprise service delivery model. This is a Hybrid position located in Chantilly, VA.

The Opportunity:

In this role you will coordinate with the Government and lead a team of ITOM Engineers to design, implement, and configure ServiceNow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) capabilities as CACI’s selected automated network discovery tool. At first, you will participate in enterprise discovery workshops with Government stakeholders to make key decisions impacting execution of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) system and project and to facilitate any required policy changes. You will then provide technical guidance regarding implementing, configuring, deploying, and maintaining ServiceNow ITOM with an integration to Axonius. You will contribute to contract deliverables including test plans, CMDB Solution Strategy, Architecture Plan, and a security assessment. You will also recommend policy changes to Government and support architecture and design changes throughout the CMDB lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will bring:

  • A very strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.

  • A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL.

  • Experience leading a team of engineers.

  • A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.

  • Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.

  • Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization’s business areas.

  • Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.

  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint

Qualifications:

  • DoD Secret Clearance.

  • 15+ Years experience. Relevant experience (a Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience)

  • Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities

  • At least one of the following certifications:

  • Must have IAT Level II certified (i.e. CompTIA Security+, etc.)

-Certified ServiceNow Administrator

-Certified ServiceNow Developer

  • Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.

Desired:

  • Axonius Platform experience

  • Asset Management experience

  • An active DoD Top Secret or higher clearance

  • JavaScript/AngularJS development experience.

  • System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP.

  • Agile or Scrum Master Certification

  • Acts independently to expose and resolve problems

  • Experience working in the Department of Defense

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$119,800 - $263,600
