What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

More About the Role:

The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for providing content management strategies on the SharePoint platform. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for the development and deployment of new client applications and/or enhancements and analysis to existing applications on SharePoint. The candidate will also ensure that development projects meet business requirements and goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve systems issues; provide story points, and make the appropriate recommendations; collaborate with analysts, DBAs, Project Leads, designers and system owners in the testing of new sites and services for quality assurance, usability, and data processing.

  • Design, develop and customize TSA Intranet, department sites and team sites

  • Develop and implement master pages, views, forms, templates, external lists, external content types, customer lists, webparts, master pages and other customer components

  • Design, configure, develop, and implement enhancements to existing systems and integration of other applications with SharePoint

  • Design solutions based on established patterns and best practices around Content Management User Adoption, Governance and Change Management

  • Responsible for estimating work content and achieving planned timelines

  • Provide technical advice and guidance on SharePoint features and functionalities

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)

  • Bachelor’s degree or Associates/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience.

  • Must have knowledge and experience in agile sprint process

  • Direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management.

  • Direct experience releasing applications built on Microsoft IIS and SQL

  • Experience with .NET/C#, C++, Javascript, AJAX, Webform, ADO.Net, MVC and Entity Framework.

  • Experience working in an Agile based development environment, utilizing SCRUM, Kanban, providing Story Points.

  • Experience configuring Internet Information Services (IIS), and managing Cluster environment.

  • Flexible – The environment is highly dynamic. You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness.
