Our Program supports the core financial systems of our customers in accordance with the established goals of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence to improve financial management and auditability of the Intelligence Community through the integration, modernization, and use of standard financial process, systems, and technologies. The Program is responsible for operating and maintaining the Momentum COTS financial product as well as approximately 20 custom financial applications written in Python, Ruby on Rails, and webMethods that provide interfaces, workflow, and external processes to Momentum. Developers on the Program develop new financial applications, update the existing custom financial applications, and support the development requirements around the Momentum product.
What You’ll Get to Do:
You will be responsible for activities including:
Developing, designing, testing, and delivering COTS updates and custom code changes in a team environment
Researching technical capabilities
Designing solutions that fit within the framework and standards of the project
Overseeing implementation of solutions using different technologies (including but not limited to Ruby on Rails, WebMethods, Ansible, AWS, Docker, Python)
Reviewing documentation from all phases of the development lifecycle
Participating in Sprint Planning and Portfolio Management
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Undergraduate Degree and 5 or more years of experience
TS/SCI with Poly
Familiarity with the following:
Ruby on Rails
Docker (Swarm or Kubernetes)
AWS (certification preferred)
Ansible (or other scripted orchestration tool)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with Momentum components:
webMethods workflow components
softwareAG MWS and Broker
