CACI International Software Development Manager in Chantilly, Virginia
As a Program Manager for a software development team, you will be responsible for the team successfully designing, developing, operating and maintaining software or computing systems software to be applied to and integrated with solutions or products that also encompass non-information technology related engineering or scientific disciplines. Defines and applies the appropriate software standards, processes, procedures and tools throughout the software life cycle to support case management, financial reporting, invoicing, records management, etc. Interfaces with internal stakeholders, customers, suppliers, application users and other technical and support personnel. You will also be analyzing business processes and aligning our technology strategy to fit. You will work closely with multiple business area teams and will be responsible for technology decisions that will enable the program to become more efficient and meet evolving government compliance requirements.
Manage the development, maintenance and support of the suite of applications supporting the program. Provide direction and supervision of all development team resources for the performance of assignments and activities. Manage the technical direction of each project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives. Work closely with all department heads supporting the program and stay abreast of upcoming critical requirements and changes to workflow processes.
