What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

More About the Role:

The Special Project IMAC (Install, Move, Adds, Changes) Program Manager will oversee and manage technical IT projects including office network build-outs and infrastructure and hardware refresh / deployment activities. Successful candidates will direct a matrixed technical team including subject matter experts (SME), technical writers, and other appropriate expertise as needed to develop, design, document, implement and manage large scale projects to perform outside the scope of O&M activities. Program Managers will ensure compliance with the DHS SELC process through all phases of the life cycle (planning, requirements definition, design, development, integration, test, disposition, implementation, operations & maintenance) as well as deliver the appropriate SELC artifacts as defined by the level of the project.

  • Supports Sr. Project managers in scheduling and coordination of SPIMAC projects activities

  • Supports in the development of SPIMAC project proposals including solution development and pricing build-up

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, track team resource assignments, projected task completion dates, prioritizing activities based on customer requirements and SLAs.

  • Works cooperatively with engineering leads to plan and direct tasks based on priority and manpower availability.

  • Supports individual operational projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment and production support.

  • Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Prepares project deliverables performing quality reviews of all project artifacts

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.

  • PMP Certified

  • Experience with Microsoft Project

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Relevant DHS focused experience
