CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI provides a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI supports TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.
What You'll Get to Do:
The Special Project IMAC (Install, Move, Adds, Changes) Project Manager will oversee technical IT projects including office network build-outs and infrastructure and hardware refresh / deployment activities. The candidate will support a matrixed technical team including subject matter experts (SME), technical writers, and other appropriate expertise as needed to develop, design, document, implement and manage large scale projects to perform outside the scope of O&M activities. The candidate will ensure compliance with the DHS SELC process through all phases of the life cycle (planning, requirements definition, design, development, integration, test, disposition, implementation, operations & maintenance) as well as deliver the appropriate SELC artifacts as defined by the level of the project.
More About the Role:
Works with the team responsible for the management, performance, and completion of SPIMAC task orders and may perform project management duties of selected ECRs
Manages scheduling and coordination of SPIMAC project activities
Supports in the development of SPIMAC project proposals including solution development and pricing build-up
Coordinates with cross-functional teams, track team resource assignments, projected task completion dates, prioritizing activities based on customer requirements and SLAs
Works cooperatively with engineering leads to plan and direct tasks based on priority and manpower availability
Supports individual operational projects from identification of requirements, analysis and design, development, end-user testing, deployment and production support
Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences
Prepares project deliverables performing quality reviews of all project artifacts
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship Required
A DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment, and must be maintained for continued employment
BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 7-10 years of related work experience
Experience with Microsoft Project
ITIL v4 certification required within 90 days of hire
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active DOD Security Clearance preferred, but not required
Relevant DHS focused experience
