What You’ll Get to Do:
You will be responsible for developing targeting packages, joining disparate data sets to identify non-obvious relationships to build out network relationships at all levels, and communicating findings to senior customers for action. You must have a sound understanding of computer network operations and computer security who can provide guidance on how to develop both short- and long-term operations using a variety of tools. Personnel for this position must possess an understanding of the customer’s organization and business processes.

Ability to research, analyze, prioritize, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data, and to work several tasks concurrently with minimum supervision
Capable of handling stressful situations and demonstrated strong oral and written communications skills
Knowledge of complex geographic or functional areas or issues
Knowledge of technical collection capabilities and methods and the relationship of intelligence gaps
Knowledge of the operational environment and techniques, CI awareness, and application of collection tools
Knowledge of US Government policy issues as they relate to internet law
Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
Excellent interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and good administrative and organizational skills
Knowledge of cable-writing methods and system as well as applicable policies and regulations
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have an active TS/SCI with Poly
Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
Must have 5+ years of proficient experience in technical targeting and operations management
Solid understanding of regular expressions (regex) to write queries of databases, refining results to draw technical and data-driven conclusions from large data sets
Experience hunting for malicious activity on networks
In-depth knowledge of malicious traffic signatures, common malware techniques and operating behaviors
Proficiency with XKEYSCORE and other data exploitation applications
Passion for mission-driven work environment
Leverage IC relationships to build partnerships across organizations
Team player, self-motivated, and results-driven, takes ownership of assigned tasks
