What You’ll Get to Do:
Work with a team of high performing, technical subject matter experts across the cyber and intelligence domains, to advise client leadership on operations, vulnerabilities, risks, and best practices, and to create executable operational plans based on emerging, cutting-edge technology. You won't stay behind a desk the entire time either. Our officers go out into the field to conduct their assessments and gain knowledge to advance technical capabilities through practical, hands-on experience, and our extensive test and training range provides a sandbox for learning and professional development.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or 5 years of relevant IC experience.
Active TS/SCI with required polygraph
5+ years of experience developing, planning, and overseeing the planning of technical operations
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in writing, disseminating,, and coordinating operational approvals
Demonstrated ability to translate needs and requirements into actions in support of technical operations
Strong analytic and critical thinking skills with demonstrated ability to research, analyze, prioritize effectively, problem solve, synthesize large amounts of data, and to work several tasks concurrently with minimal supervision
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging team environment
Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Ability to interact and communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
Desired Skills
5+ years experience developing, planning, and overseeing operations, to include tool development, access development, and coordation with IC partners
Experience supporting and coordinating with multiple operational groups and partners
Familiarity with the cyber operations lifecycle end to end
Knowledge of data flow processes end to end
Knowledge of data sharing sensitivities and industry agreements/policies
