As a Targeting Officer, you will identify the people, relationships, and organizations having access to the information needed to address the most critical U.S. foreign intelligence requirements and find opportunities to make a difference in matters of national security, working with a team of experts to solve hard problems.
You will combine specialized training, utilize advanced analytic skills and tools, and in-depth knowledge and experience in operational trade craft to identify new opportunities for implementation and enhance ongoing operations.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
An active TS/SCI with Poly clearance
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related experience
Previous experience as a HUMINT or technical targeter
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in report writing, dissemination, and coordination in support of operations, including briefing skills and demonstrated experience presenting analytical findings to management
Experience with customer-specific systems and processes
Ability to shift focus quickly, work on multiple tasks concurrently, and excel in high-pressure/high-impact situations
Well-organized with strong oral, interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in team
Flexibility, adaptability, and commitment to mission objectives
