CACI International Technical Trainer (DCSA Contract) in Chantilly, Virginia
What You’ll Get to Do:
Under supervision, assist in developing and presenting virtual and on-demand training programs for the CACI DCSA program.
Obtain technical data to determine the training required to support investigators and reviewers.
Provide administrative support for training programs.
Conduct on-demand and virtual training for program staff.
Consult with subject matter experts and managers to assess training needs.
Focus on developing and editing online learning material and content.
Comply with national training standards and customer requirements.
More About the Role:
Must obtain/maintain a Favorable security determination based on a completed SSBI investigation.
Must be local to the Chantilly, VA area, and be prepared to facilitate New Investigator Reviewer Training, NIRT, when necessary.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years of background investigator or reviewer experience.
A strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Superior organizational skills to plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate projects.
Strong writer and communicator.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Curriculum development and adult education experience.
Experience developing learning content for live delivery and learning management systems.
Demonstrated experience creating and evaluating assessments for measuring learning and performance improvements.
Experience with programs such as Adobe, Camtasia, and LMS systems are a plus.
