What You’ll Get to Do:CACI is seeking fully cleared, dynamic technical professionals to join our ASPEN program in the northern Virginia area. ASPEN is an IDIQ contract with multiple task orders supporting the intelligence community that focuses on innovation and improving the enterprise global infrastructure engineering service delivery. The program is a portfolio of hundreds of projects funded by numerous customers providing support to the following areas: Enterprise Network Engineering, Enterprise Platform, Endpoint and Collaboration Engineering, IT Analytics, Infrastructure Services, Cloud Hosting and Data Center Services, Field Engineering, Operations & Maintenance, Special Projects, and more. More About the Role:
CACI seeks a talented Technology Director to join our Service Evolution Group within the Business and Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Sector. The team delivers solutions that modernize and enable government Information Technology operations.
General Duties:
Lead the implementation of technical initiatives and innovations related to the implementation of projects and services using an Agile/DevSecOps framework
Manage the roadmap and backlog of proposed technical innovations
Collaborate with multiple teams to implement multiple priority initiatives and innovations
Coordinate and manage the task order guilds/communities of practice
Responsible for the implementation of technical accelerators related to automation, test automation, and security automation
Responsible for the implementation of AI/ML-enabled Predictive Analytics, Security Orchestration and Automated Response, and Just-in-Time Privileged Account Management
Collaborate with the Solution Architect to complete the tasks related to technology advisement, technology outlook reports, and technology briefings and workshops across the client space
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance is required
Extensive experience implementing solutions using Agile/DevOps framework
Possess strong Agile background to include development and engineering
Experience integrating Government and Contractor teams on implementing Agile/DevOps principles
Experience with cloud computing technologies
Understanding of Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS)
SME in Networking Technologies
Good IT architecture generalist with specific skills in technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure, infrastructure technologies, such as Nutanix, and software development and scripting languages
Possess technical background to effectively communicate and collaborate with engineers assessing current technical environment and proposing improved solutions
Knowledgeable of the customer’s legacy and current and future technologies
Experience and willing to work alongside the team lead to implement solutions
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage rank and file engineers, as well as Government and Contractor leadership
Experience and comfortable with providing technical briefs
10+ Years of relevant technology experience supporting IC contracting space
