CACI International TSIF Sr Test Engineer in Chantilly, Virginia

Job Description

CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.

The TSIF Sr Test Engineer is responsible for providing technical expertise for test planning, integration and reporting for releases and projects. They will perform tasks, provide support, and oversee the TSA integration testing efforts such as developing and following testing plans, associated detailed test scripts, and Work Instructions. They will work in tandem with Operational Engineering to ensure coordination to achieve the overarching goal of assuring TSA satisfaction and achievement of established Service Levels.


  • Support the creation and collaborative update of the program Test Strategy and Test Plan

  • Update the program-level view of cross-project test execution

  • Assess program test integration processes and document findings for improvement

  • Provide an accurate and updated Program Test Plan that reflects changes to the Release Plan

  • Maintaining the test environment, including working with individual service/application teams to onboard/update systems in testing environment

  • Reconfiguring the test environment to onboard new applications or application releases, for the purpose of conducting release testing

Required Skills:

  • Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance

  • Ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty (EOD)

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work

  • Experience providing testing services in a diverse IT environment

  • Experience using automated tools to support testing

  • Cloud experience is preferred

  • Must be able to work well in an environment facilitating a large group of government and other contractor personnel to achieve a common goal

  • Detail oriented

  • Flexible – The environment is highly dynamic. You will be expected to keep up with the changing environment while ensuring a high level of operational effectiveness

  • Team Player – This role is part of a much larger team
