CACI International Unified Communications Engineer in Chantilly, Virginia
CACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.
What You’ll Get to Do:
The Unified Communications Engineer will provide leadership and expertise as part of a VTC team that provides training, management, operational support, and maintenance of VTC services to TSA facilities. This candidate will engage directly with the customer and various CACI teams (e.g. Help Desk, Field Services, Asset Management) to support infrastructure provisioning, Call Admission Control (CAC), Infrastructure troubleshooting, Elite User/Event conference monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance.
Provision endpoints, Call scheduling, Endpoint troubleshooting, In-room support, End-User training, Endpoint maintenance, and VTC Mobile Cart reporting
Facilitate and lead solution sessions with the customer and CACI operational teams to gather requirements and identify process gaps to drive performance and customer satisfaction
Document VTC SOPs and Work Instructions including workflows, roles and responsibilities matrix, and supporting knowledge articles
Investigate and recommend corrective actions to customer VTC problems and issues
Assist improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
US Citizenship required
An active Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employment
BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 15 years of related work experience
4 or more years of experience with Cisco Meeting Manager
4 or more years of experience with Cisco Meeting Server 1000 and 2000
4 or more years of experience with Cisco Telepresence Management Suite
4 or more years of experience Cisco Expressways
4 or more years of experience building, upgrading and maintaining Cisco Unified Communications systems
Must work well independently with limited oversight
Proven communicator and leader
Experience with customer-facing communication and advisory services

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Relevant DHS focused experience
Active DoD clearance preferred, but not required
Experience with VMWare
Experience with Cisco Integrated Management Controller (CIMC)
Experience with ISDN Gateways
