CACI has openings for All Source Intelligence Analysts at the Army’s National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) as part of Identity Intelligence Analytical Support (I2AS) Program’s Foreign Biometric Capabilities Team (FBCT).

This position you will create both formal and informal intelligence production fusing all-source intelligence with biographic and biometric modalities including fingerprints, iris, DNA, voiceprints, and facial recognition for the purposes of identifying and tracking persons and networks.

Fuse identity attributes (biographic, biologic, behavior, and reputation) with contextual information and serialized reporting to identify and assess threat actors and networks, their capability and capacity, critical factors, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.

Analyze adversarial biometric systems to understand their capability, vulnerabilities, and to inform the U.S. Defense Acquisition Community.

Support the Production and Coordination of Doctrine and policy documents, in accordance with applicable DOD authorities and guidance, to facilitate and advance I2 across the DIE.

More About the Role:

  • Perform in-depth all-source research and analysis in preparation for the generation of written assessments for policy, intelligence, law enforcement, and homeland security communities.

  • Demonstrate analytic principles, concepts, and methodologies to produce all-source intelligence products in support of Defense Intelligence Analysis Program (DIAP).

  • Support strategic analysis to guide national policy to seek information advantage within US Army and encourage collaboration within the Intelligence community by identifying intelligence gaps and highlighting connections between foreign malign influence identities and networks.

  • Write intelligence production using the full range of methodological approaches and analytic tools to evaluate crossover between adversarial information and human dimensions.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using standard MS computer applications and intelligence related tools and databases to support analytical efforts and product development.

  • Possess knowledge of COCOM Area of Operations and Area of Influence regional political/military events - Special emphasis on Russia, Iran, China, North Korea or Violent Extremist Organizations (VEO) strongly desired.

  • Proficient in research, analysis, and writing products meeting stringent government analytic integrity standards.

  • Ability to review and ensure products align with NGIC standards, review graphics, including interactive media, assist in the development of visual aids, and ensure proper formatting.

  • Verify proper sourcing of products and graphics, finalize publications, provide archiving support, track production, document and ensure workflow throughout the production process, coordinate and collaborate with invested parties, and work within production schedules.

  • Ability to gather, analyze, collate, and fuse available intelligence products to produce intelligence products and briefings including the ability to clearly articulate information.

  • Strong briefing skills including the ability to clearly articulate information to senior members of the military or their civilian counterparts.

  • 8 years as a U.S. Government (military or civilian) trained all-source intelligence analyst.

  • Bachelor’s degree or additional four years of experience.

  • Possess active TS/SCI security clearance.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$62,200-$130,600
