What You’ll Get to Do

At Bluestone Analytics, team members work collaboratively to develop and contribute to our proprietary Dark Web intelligence platform and support a variety of Dark Web operations. As the Internal Business Development Manager, you will focus on the identification, development, qualification, and capture of large, strategic opportunities to for our data and technology, while building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of >$20M in annual opportunities.

More About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in identifying, qualifying and closing opportunities, and a strong network across the CACI business units. You will work closely with the VP for Bluestone Analytics to develop an overall Account Strategy and plan to focus on positioning and capturing new business contracts.

What You’ll Get to Do

  • Build and Qualify opportunities across the National Security market. Your primary focus is to build/maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through existing or emerging contracts currently held within CACI.

  • Identify and support relevant Captures & Proposals across all CACI sectors.

  • Actively engaged in identifying and shaping opportunities. This includes active communication of filtered, actionable intelligence back to the Bluestone team.

  • Actively market the Bluestone Analytics brand, establish customer expectations, and shape opportunities by creating white papers, sponsoring in-house demonstrations, and participating with capture efforts and similar activities. You will conceptualize the need, organize the correct company participants, and lead the collaboration to completion.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • 5+ years performing Business Development (sales, marketing, capture, proposal) activities.

  • A strong network with the Business Development and Program Managers across the CACI sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with minimum supervision.

  • Effective leader/participant in formal presentations to clients and potential teaming partners.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • Must have an active Secret clearance and the ability to get a Top Secret clearance.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

  • An in-depth knowledge of the Federal procurement process, and a demonstrated proficiency with Intelligence and Department of Defense strategy and acquisition plans.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $86,200-$176,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
