We’re looking for a Program Financial Analyst (PFA) to provide financial, reporting, and administrative support for Programs. You will be responsible for forecast preparation & monitoring, analysis, invoice preparation and validation, project reporting, and other contract, project and business-related tasks. More About this Role:
You will be a key member of the program financial team, working with Program Leadership and Project Leads to maintain contract budgets, review contract-billing, and estimate program costs. Specific responsibilities include:
Responsible for the preparation and analysis of project financial data
Prepare project cost/schedule baselines, management financial reports, monthly program review information.
Perform complex financial/administrative reporting for major contracts and/or programs
Work on the analysis of budgeting and costs on the contract and associated reports and spending plans
Assist in development of ROM cost estimates
Work to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures and government acquisition regulations
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
At least 5 years of relevant experience required
Demonstrated experience managing a program budget
Experience with government contracting, FAR, indirect rate structures, etc.
Hands-on experience with Costpoint, Cobra and Microsoft Office preferred
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
Must be an effective communicator
