CACI International Afloat Installation Service Representative in Chesapeake, Virginia
CACI is seeking a FSR to provide customer support through the performance of on-site product/solution installation and sustainment in Chesapeake VA.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Oversee and/or perform any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Checks out and approves operational quality of solution components.
Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the solution. Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Interprets customers' needs, defines next steps, and clarifies the assignment of responsibility for problem resolution as needed.
Includes any aspect of field support and is not limited to system hardware, software, network, and other technical infrastructure components.
More About the Role:
Deployment support for DHAMS and ShipCLIP
Tier 2 and 3 support for DHAMS and ShipCLIP
Handle DHAMS payroll support actities
Conduct server maintenance, backup and restore as required.
Perform documented troubleshooting and disaster recovery of all servers.
Maintain domain accounts for local and remote users.
Perform remote diagnostics on shipboard servers.
Supports MSC Integrated Ship Network System (ISNS) Common PC Operating System Environment (COMPOSE) equipped ships in the importing and exporting of comma separated value (CSV) files, e.g. SimpleSync
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering or related degree program; or current IT certification with sufficient technical experience to substitute for the formal education requirement.
Minimum 2 years’ experience with MSC afloat systems
Minimum 2 years’ experience deploying on MSC ships
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience designing, implementing, migrating and supporting Citrix suite of products (XenApp, XenDesktop, NetScaler, etc.) version 7.x including Citrix Receiver.
