CACI is looking for a talented Client Support Engineer that is excited about the dynamic intelligence community space and using the latest technologies available to aid in the creation truly rich user experiences. What You’ll Get to Do:

You will be critical in the design, implementation and day-to-day execution of multiple mission systems using a wide variety of technologies. In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to work with like-minded, motivated individuals expanding your skillset while showcasing your talents. This is an opportunity to work on a dynamic program, directly supporting the S2 of Space Operations Command, joining a team of Space and Intelligence professionals dedicated to the advancement of the US Space Force mission. This integrated approach provides opportunities to all team members to contribute their experience and expertise across the program. You will be the most visible person on the SCION contract, directly communicating with key leaders and USSF decision makers. Your ability to communicated deftly will be primary to the success of this role, your responsiveness in supporting those leaders and delivering exceptional engineering results throughout.

More About the Role:

You will install, configure, and maintain the operating systems. You will analyze and resolve problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, and software. You will monitor systems performance and ensure compliance with security standards. Supporting USSF SW security as needed to ensure that key leaders are utilizing equipment with the most up to date capabilities and protocols. You will be supporting for highly visible customers, in a time sensitive environment.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and or experience in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, IT pr MIS

  • 7+ years of relevant experience

  • TS/SCI required, Poly highly desired

  • Experience with network and server hardware procurement and detailed record keeping supporting mission networks.

  • Experience with infrastructure troubleshooting, to include direct interaction with vendors and service providers.

  • Experience patching and updating (linux/windows) operating systems.

  • Experience in the design, implementation, procurement, tradecraft, or maintenance of various layers of network infrastructure.

  • Ability to research the latest technological developments in relevant operating systems to identify impact and anticipate changes in the organization’s operating environment.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.

  • Desire to enhance your abilities.

  • Experience buying, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure technology equipment.

  • Security+ or equivalent certification or better

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Configuration Management tools, such as Puppet, Chef, and Ansible.

  • Experience with Continuous Integration/Deployment Tools, such as Jenkins. · Experience with scripting tools, such as PHP, Python, Perl or Ruby.

  • Experience monitoring mobile communications.

  • Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services.

  • Experience with ICD 503-compliant systems.

  • Experience with container solutions such as Docker, Kubernetes, Mesos, or AWS

  • Elastic Container Services along with orchestration technologies such as Swarm, etc.

  • AWS Certified DevOp

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
