CACI International Multi-INT Ops Integrator/Tools Trainer (Intelligence/P4) in Colorado Springs, Colorado
What You’ll Get to Do:
As our community-recognized subject matter expert working as a Multi-INT Ops Integrator/Tools Trainer, you will leverage your strong analytical skills and operational perspective in support of ongoing analytical, engineering and training-related efforts associated with the development of FADE’s Multi-INT Spatial Temporal (MIST) Toolsuite, which is rapidly gaining popularity as a tool of choice for many IC and DoD intelligence analysts. You will be embedded at a customer location, serving as the focal point for all things FADE/MIST-related, and will spearhead efforts to integrate our tools and multi-INT methodologies directly into the customer’s mission space. This includes not only support to analytical efforts, but also demonstrations, briefings and localized training to the organic workforce. In addition, you will interact with factory operations, engineering, development and outreach team members, working across the program to identify and define customer requirements while bringing an operational perspective to subsequent factory development activities.
Travel: This position requires up to 25% travel to other customer locations, as well as some occasional travel to the Denver area for collaboration with factory personnel.
More About the Role:
Present briefings, provide demonstrations and conduct complex MIST-related training events (lecture, classroom and hands-on approaches) at customer locations.
Independently engage in efforts to introduce and integrate FADE tools and related methodology into specific customer mission sets. Will participate in efforts related to the installation of program software on designated equipment, and must be comfortable with the timely troubleshooting of any unforeseen issues.
Present assessments to the Intelligence Community.
Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
Provide research support for analysts who produce Intelligence Community reports and briefings.
Work in parallel with factory agile software development and associated training efforts to remain current with the release of new tool functionality.
Ensure training addresses all levels of user, spanning a variety of different mission applications. Work across the team to ensure the programs are delivering the most effective tools training possible.
Bring significant operational and analytical perspective to ongoing tool development activities. As a subject matter expert, this individual is expected to engage heavily in this capacity.
Research, gather input from the team, and prepare technical/user manuals to support training efforts.
Work with engineering, technical support, and product owners to ensure that materials are accurate and reflect current product features.
Create, gather, review and analyze course evaluations to determine effectiveness of training sessions.
Capture customer requirements/feedback, and collaborate with factory for possible inclusion in future development efforts; clearly articulate customer requirements and recommended tool enhancements to the factory engineering/development staff.
Remain informed of and maintain proficiency with applicable company products. Individual should have a solid understanding of other corporate development activities outside his/her program.
Create, review and update training materials such as student handouts, lesson plans, overhead slides, and practical exercises as required.
Clearly articulate customer requirements and recommended tool enhancements to the factory engineering/development staff.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI Poly (or agreement to take)
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent and at least 7 years of related military and/or government professional experience supporting a cryptologic mission.
Ability and willingness to support the travel requirement of up to 25%
Minimum seven years’ (preferably more) experience performing analytical work in the Intelligence Community
Subject Matter Expert in at least one intelligence discipline, with a solid understanding of how a Multi-INT approach is used to address community challenges
Previous multi-INT analytical experience
Prior trainer/instructor experience
Previous experience supporting both DoD and Intelligence Community customers, to include interactions with community seniors and military officers to include Director and General Officer levels
Solid knowledge of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS)
Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong oral and written communications skills; ability to brief seniors and contribute to written documentation
Established detail-oriented analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to work with and support end users with varying levels of technical competence - government, military and contractor
Team player with the ability to also work independently with limited supervision or oversight
The ability to incorporate independent research into customer requests for information (RFI)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Prior experience using MIST, INTELBOOK, LINX and WATCHBOX in support of multi-INT analytic efforts
Knowledge of NRO overhead systems
Experience using or familiarity with Bōdhi
Prior experience using JIRA software; understanding of or experience supporting agile software development activities
Knowledgeable in a wide range of communications technologies
Previous training experience
Ability to articulate customer requirements and potential tool enhancements to factory engineering/software development efforts
