CACI is seeking a Program Control Analyst who will provide on-site project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit. Duties may include contract accounting and reporting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance and reporting. Maintain contract budgets, review contract-billing, estimate materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.

What You’ll Get to Do :

  • Responsible for providing support to Lead PFA and Program Managers in the preparation and analysis of complex project financial and scheduling data and other complex contract, project or business related task.

  • Works in compliance with internal procedures and government procurement regulations.

  • Assists in defining program plan requirements and directs or performs in-depth studies to determine optimum program plans.

  • Assists in developing financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with government and customer requirements.

  • Monitors progress of program requirements. Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met.

  • Performs financial/administrative analysis and reporting for major contracts and/or programs.

  • Prepares financial/administrative reports and distributes to customers/user organizations.

  • Provides weekly and monthly transactional and pricing support to programs.

  • assists in performing non-routine analysis non-routine financial reports.

  • Works with the manager on maintaining contract budgets, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications :


  • Requires bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance


  • At least 1+ years of related (technical project support or management) experience.

  • Efficiency in Excel

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Costpoint, Excel and Powerpoint.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $41,200-$82,400. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
