CACI International Network Engineer 3 in Columbia, Maryland
CACI is seeking an Network Engineer 3, to provide configuration and maintenance services on the Network Administration team.
What You’ll Get to Do:
- Provide technical services to the Network Administrators and System Administrators, monitoring and maintaining the current infrastructure, improving system performance, and automating system administration.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Must have a current TSI / SCI w/ FSP.
Team member who provides configuration and maintenance services on the Network Administration team including technical services to the Network Administrators and System Administrators, monitoring and maintaining the current infrastructure, improving system performance, and automating system administration.
Ten (10) years’ experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Information Systems Management from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional network engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience is required in the following domain items: Wireless (WiMAX/WiFiber/Wireless LAN/Ethernet Bridges); HAIPE encryption and Tandberg Teleconferencing equipment; Experience configuring and maintaining at least three high end Cisco products such as: CISCO 1004 ASR; Cisco 1006 ASR; Cisco 7600 routers; Cisco 6500 switches; Cisco 3900 routers; Cisco 3800 routers Cisco 3700 switches; Cisco 3800 switches; Cisco 3900 switches; Cisco call manager 4.1 or higher, Cisco Unity;Point-to-Point (Microwave, Millimeter wave, Optical, Troposcatter) and WAN Communications such as SATCOM, and VSAT; Network management and performance monitoring tools such as: Cisco Prime
WhatsUpGold, HPNA, NetCollector, and NetPlanner.
