The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking Program Manager for the NAVALX contract. The PM will be responsible for the performance of NAVALX related programs or multiple smaller technical programs in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Also responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business proposals. Responsible for the employment, training, coaching, mentoring, motivation, discipline, and performance evaluation of assigned employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Defines, launches, and drives mission-critical strategic and operational initiatives in core technical programs.

  • Responsible for acquiring follow-on business associated with assigned programs and for supporting new business development proposals.

  • Responsible for complex program management life cycle tasks and development of standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.

  • Provides thought leadership to project analyses and process improvement activities.

  • Leads operational and functional teams to achieve program objectives.

  • Responsible for driving recommendations to successful completion.

  • Communicates effectively with a wide variety of technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Identifies, analyzes, and defines project/program requirements and scope.

  • Exercises broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many routine and complex projects/programs.

  • Defines, acquires, and allocates budget, staff, and other resources necessary to accomplish the goals and/or objectives of the program group/function.

  • Interviews, selects, and trains staff to provide quality results for the organization as needed.

  • Develops performance plans and evaluations of employees, including subordinate supervisors as well as reviews evaluations to assure equity of individual employee performance objectives, standards, and ratings among lower-level staff/groups.

  • Manages and/or supports training initiatives, processes, and documentation for current and future program managers.

  • Execute contractual requirements and report financial expenditures.

  • The PM will manage the right level or resources to properly execute the contract requirements.

  • Develop and execute policy and strategy for a complex DoD programs in support of NAVALX for products and systems.

  • Review and collaborate with CACI site lead to ensure successful technical execution across all programs in the NAVALX portfolio as well as new workload captured to support customer base

  • Recommend new innovative strategies and approaches to new contract growth and capture on contract growth.

  • Inform CACI's Strategic Plan for growth by collaborating to develop a cohesive technology strategy aligned with business pursuits to create competitive advantage in the market.

  • Participate in analysis of alternatives, task planning, scope definition, and technical risk management to ensure successful program execution.

  • Generate and support the publication of technical briefs, transitional briefs, white papers and proposals.

  • Collaborate to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve short-and long-term objectives.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Active Secret clearance or higher

  • Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of DoD Experience

  • 10 years of supervisory/management experience

  • 1+ years IAC MAC project/program management experience in the private sector

  • Expert level knowledge of DoD acquision

  • Strong customer and user relations skills

Desired:

  • Experience working large ACAT-level programs

  • Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

  • Familiarity with CACI Capture Process

  • Demonstrated growth of workload portfolio in Government or Private Industry

  • Effective collaboration skills and strategy development with peers and senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with senior leadership

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,100 - $171,900
