What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Responsible for all program level financial analysis and reporting including program cost control and management using cost baselines, customer reporting and invoicing support, direct and indirect rate analysis, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, program compliance with FAR and GAAP regulations.

  • Responsible for program initial set up to include project codes with work breakdown structure (WBS) and billing set up,

  • Schedule development and management,

  • Cost estimating and requirements management;

  • Establishment of cost/schedule baselines for assigned projects;

  • Financial analysis & reporting,

  • Variance analysis to cost and schedule,

  • Business case analysis development,

  • Performing ETC/EAC calculations;

  • Lead training sessions to educate program team members on developed processes;

  • Conduct individual mentoring sessions to assist program team members with conforming to developed processes;

  • Identification of areas for improvement as processes are matured across the organization;

  • Preparation of written and verbal reports to management.

  • Training and mentoring experience w/ lower level and senior management personnel

  • Assisting in the formulation of program processes for change management, risk management,

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must be US Citizen with the ability to obtain/transfer and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance.

  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of three years of related work experience or an Associate’s Degree with four additional years of relevant experience (7 total) may be substituted.

  • Experience with Microsoft Excel to quickly manipulate and analyze data

  • Utilization of Scheduling tools (ex. Microsoft Project)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience as Control Account Manager in an EVMS environment

  • Management or Project Controls roll in a DCMA EVMS approved environment
