The Project lead will be an integral PMO manager working directly with onsite and remote Program Management leadership and technical staff for all CACI and Subcontractor personnel under the Mobile Device Design (MDD) program and subsequent follow-on or associated programs with the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) C5ISR Center.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment, directly supporting the Program Manager and Technical Leads in the management of all aspects of cost-plus services contract programs associated with MDD under the DEVCOM C5ISR Center, analyzing program requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations

  • Support MDD program and subsequent follow-on or associated programs with subject matter expertise in disciplined portfolio and will have the chance to collaborate with high-level policymakers, key stakeholders, and play a key role in future program success

  • Create and update Project and Program documentation as needed to include the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)

  • Customer interfacing and act as a liaison with government leads to expedite requests and maximize deliverable quality and turnaround

  • Strategically assess business processes and procedures to improve day to day operations

  • Continuously developing and reviewing internal program procedures for program efficiencies and compliance

  • CDRL management and delivery execution

  • Manage Contract Sync meetings with all key stakeholders

  • Prepare communications to both internal and external stakeholders

  • Identify potential issues as or before they arise and work with leadership to resolve or mitigate

  • Meet and communicate regularly with project stakeholders providing project updates, status, and initiatives

  • Approve timecards, draft LCVs, and overall employee management and guidance

  • Hold regular meetings and team building activities to optimize team morale and performance

  • Support and direct team

  • Monitor quality assurance and customer satisfaction level

  • Monitor and report on project progress to the customer and leadership

  • Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions

  • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs

  • Assign tasks, evaluate team’s performance, and provide guidance throughout the process

  • Serve as a liaison between the development team and the other stakeholders in the project

  • Conduct and lead Agile activities to include, but not limited to Daily Stand-Up, Sprint planning, Sprint Retrospectives, Release Planning, Release Review and Retrospectives, etc.

  • Retain, Recruit, and evaluate team members

  • Assist company leadership with monitoring the progress of the project

  • Assist leadership with monitoring and managing the project’s budget

  • Ensure that key project milestones are reached

  • Actively participate in planning activities, artifact creation, testing, and demonstrations

  • Analyze project-related problems and creating innovative solutions involving, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools, and solution components

  • Assist with other program efforts as needed

  • Stay up-to-date on recommended best practices in the current operational environment

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Must have existing active DoD TS with SCI eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management or a related discipline, plus minimum 5 years of related experience

  • Experience following established Agile processes and procedures to include Sprint planning, Release Planning, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Release Reviews, Release Retrospectives, and Customer Demos

  • Familiarity and experience with Project Management and best practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to work independently effectively manage tasks and timelines with little to no direct supervision

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite Products (i.e. MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • An active DoD TS-SCI clearance

  • Substantial experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Certification

  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$56,000 - $117,500
