About the Role:
Team BITS/CACI is looking for an enthusiastic, personable, and relentlessly organized leader/mentor to perform the role of Program Manager (PM).
What You’ll Get to Do?
As the PM you will provide both program-level support and leadership to the entire organization.
Create and present program artifacts to both the CACI leadership team and government customers. Program artifacts include numerous types of schedules, projections as-well-as progress, and financial reports.
Tackle personnel management tasks as-well-as less tangible leadership duties.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph in a timely manner.
Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of experience working in Government IT development programs.
Five years’ experience as a program manager managing successful Government technical programs.
Demonstrated success in delivering functional code to the Government’s satisfaction using agile design and development techniques.
Knowledge of the SAFe methodology.
A track record of delivering functional software via agile development methods.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Active TS/SCI Poly or higher
SAFe Agilist or SAFe Government Practitioner certification preferred.
