What You’ll Get to Do:

  • As a SAFFIRE Day One Coordinator, you will be responsible for a number of critical staffing-related activities. This key position requires relentless organizational skills and keen attention to detail

Specific Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with CACI Recruiters throughout the entire hiring process to ensure new employees are seamlessly integrated into the SAFFIRE team

  • Working closely with CACI Personnel Security throughout the entire candidate clearance vetting and transfer process

  • Working closely with SAFFIRE Program and Hiring Management teams to guarantee new hires are impactful and contributing to NGA mission as soon as possible

  • Integrate tightly with upper-level management to help coordinate seating and other building logistics

  • Support other CACI programs with similar activities

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Must be TS/SCI eligible

  • Prior experience with Agile Development and/or Scrum

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Experience with meeting coordination and facilitation including virtual meetings (Zoom, MS Teams, Skype, etc)

  • Experience using Office Software (MS Office, Google Office, etc.)

Preferred:

  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

  • Experience with NGA Security Processes

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $53,500-$109,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
