What You’ll Get to Do :
Develop and maintain cutting edge FPGA designs to support various wireless protocol platforms and applications. Primary customers include government and industry partners
Duties and Responsibilities:
Architect, develop, and integrate FPGA and CPLD solutions to support feasibility analysis, design, and implementation for an array of end user products
Work with software and hardware team members to successfully integrate FPGA designs on new and existing platforms
Debug digital systems at the circuit level
Work with minimal supervision on multi-functional project teams
Understand and adhere to all CACI Ethical and Compliance policies
Proactively ensure a safe work environment and adhere to CACI EH&S policies and procedures
You’ll Bring These Qualifications :
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Experience: Minimum of 5 years FPGA design experience or equivalent combination of skills, education, and experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (US Citizenship is a prerequisite)
Strong FPGA design skills
Expertise in VHDL and/or Verilog
Experience with Xilinx Vivado and ISE and/or Intel Quartus
Experience with simulation tools: Mentor Graphics QuestaSim and ModelSim, Xilinx Vivado simulator
Familiarity with high-speed data paths and interfaces (Ethernet, JESD204, Aurora, CPRI, PCIe)
Experience with standard device interconnects such as I2C, UART, SPI, USB, etc.
Experience with source control systems (Perforce, GIT, etc)
Ability to read and understand schematics and data sheets
Excellent communication skills
Effective teamwork skills
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Experience with wireless communications systems
Experience with SOC architectures
Experience with digital signal processing and implementation in FPGA designs.
Skilled in Matlab
There is no clearance requirement to begin employment. However, as a requirement of continued employment in this position you will be required to obtain a Secret clearance.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $79,000-$161,900. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
