CACI has an outstanding opportunity for a Junior Discovery and Collection Specialist to deliver world-class geospatial intelligence that provides a decisive advantage to warfighters, policymakers, intelligence professionals. This position is in support of NGA organizations and located in Denver, CO . The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and verbally, and present products and ideas in a business manner. The candidate will be required to work in a professional environment that requires team interaction and coordination of efforts with stakeholders.

What You’ll Get to Do:

The Collection Specialist shall collect, research, evaluate, and compile publicly available information (PAI) in accordance with established NGA policies and procedures, including current storage policies, OPSEC protocols, and Intelligence Oversight (IO) Governance. Produce and disseminate NGA Open-Source reports and alerts in accordance with established SOPs. Support timely responses to intelligence priorities, requests for information (RFIs) and other customer and mission needs.

More About the Role:

The Discovery and Collection Specialist shall Contribute to the preparation of data release, analytical, observational, and technical reports, and publications. Assess open-source media veracity utilizing splice detectors, hex editors, and GAN detectors. Contribute to Open-Source Tradecraft knowledge management. Support presentations of activities, discoveries, conclusions, and/or tradecraft to leadership, partners, and customers.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or 1-3 years of related experience in lieu of degree

  • Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph

  • 1-3 years of experience conducting Open Source collection or Open Source Analysis

  • Experience with web browsing tools and advance searching techniques

  • Course work or 1 year of experience building/using Power Point slides, Excel spreadsheets, Email, and One Note Notebooks

  • Basic knowledge of how to conduct safe searches (OPSEC).

  • 1-3 year of demonstrated work experience directly engaging with IC partners/customers

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Foreign language capabilities (Reading, Writing, Listening).

  • Knowledge of geospatial technologies (ArcGIS, GoogleEarth, ISpy).

  • Knowledge of DoD/IC databases and services

  • Knowledge of Common Open-Source databases and Services

  • Familiarity with Social Media

  • Familiarity with JIRA

  • Knowledge of NGA, DoD, and IC missions

  • Experience Geolocating images (Handheld photography, videos, etc.).

  • Ability to remain flexible to changing priorities and requirements from supervisors and customers

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$57,500 - 117,900 USD
