CACI is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to help support the General Services Administration’s (GSA) mission of administrative and technical support services to their Region 8 as a Library Information Administrator.

More About the Role:

As Library Information Administrator, you will work under the guidance and in support of various service centers and business lines within region 8, providing support to one or more individuals.

You will be responsible for inputting new data into and maintaining current lease and space assignment information within client or project proprietary files/databases as well as the organization, cataloging and maintenance of the document inventory system for the GSA Environmental Team. These duties will include the support administration of daily operational requirements related to information computer network systems, working with network accounts, limited network security, interface and updates, planning and implementing long-range automation plan, period reports, and will be involved in training staff on utilization of the software applicable to their position, assisting patrons with information technology issues and providing instruction on the computer applications associated with the library.

You will assist in a variety of administrative matters; maintaining a wide variety of financial or other records (Stored both manually and electronically); verify statistical reports for accuracy and completeness; handles and adjusts complaints.

You will also assemble data of entire environmental document inventory which includes the handling and management of paper and electronic files, duplicating paper and electronic files to CD and shared network drives for backup files. Handle cataloging and inventorying of all associated environmental backup and primary files.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;

  • Two (2) years' experience in dealing with administrative portion of commercial lease or education that provides pertinent knowledge sufficient to comprehend and perform the required work;

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is required along with proficiency with the Documentum Data Storage Program, using the Bulldozer Drive and the 02 Interface.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence.
