More About the Role:

As Library Information Administrator, you will work under the guidance and in support of various service centers and business lines, providing support to one or more individuals. The Library Information is responsible for inputting new data into and maintaining current lease and space assignment information within client or project proprietary files/databases as well as the organization, cataloging and maintenance of the document inventory system for the GSA Environmental Team. These duties will include the support administration of daily operational requirements related to information computer network systems, working with network accounts, limited network security, interface and updates, planning and implementing long-range automation plan, period reports, and will be involved in training staff on utilization of the software applicable to their position, assisting patrons with information technology issues, and providing instruction on the computer applications associated with the Library. .

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent;

  • Two (2) years experience in dealing with administrative portion of commercial leases or education that provided pertinent knowledge sufficient to comprehend and perform the required work;

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office is required along with proficiency with Documentum Data Storage Program, using the Bulldozer Drive and the D2 Interface; and

  • Uses some subject-matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of numerous steps that vary in nature and sequence.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field;

  • Professional certifications in a related field; and/or

  • Experience working for GSA Public Buildings Service (PBS).

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $30,700-$61,400. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
