What you’ll get to do: Selected candidate will work with Government and users to prioritize solution epics to enable revolutionary analytical tradecraft to help realize Object Based Production (OBP) and Structured Observation Management (SOM) supporting Activity Based Intelligence (API), anticipatory collection strategies, and mission-based modeling.
Specific Position Tasks:
Serve as a user proxy for mission users as part of Solution management team
Work with Government and users to prioritize solution epics within the backlog
Work with team product owners and product management to align features and stories with solution level objectives
Proactively engage agile teams and release trains to ensure understanding of the mission user experience
Drive the Lean User Experience (UX) innovation cycle.
Qualifications you’ll bring:
Active TS/SCI and ability to obtain CI Poly
15 years GEOINT mission domain experience in the IC or DoD.
Experience in Structured Object Management, Object-Based Production and Activity-Based Intelligence
Three years of experience working agile programs at the team, program or solution level managing capability epics, features and stories
Three years of experience working requirements management

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $71,800-$147,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
