Help lead and grow one of the largest businesses in the CACI Technology Innovation and Labs (TIL) operating group. Wireless ISR Lab is responsible for developing and delivering some of the highest impact, wireless collection and communications solutions for the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). Come help lead and influence a high performing team with your business operations acumen. Expand and track business opportunities that support our customers’ critical missions and address technical needs of the IC and DoD. Serve as a senior leadership interface with the Program Management and Engineering leadership team while reporting directly to the Division Vice President.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of Program Management fundamentals and Delivery Plus framework.
Ability to help manage and track the financial health of a complex technology development and product division.
Proficient in capture management and forecasting tools and metrics.
Understanding of government contracting and federal acquisition regulations.
Anticipate and identify key skillsets to meet technical requirements and an ability to retain talent in a competitive job market.
Collaborate with TIL functional leads to identify opportunities for On Contract Growth.
Serve as an interface to other divisions across the sector.
High Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
Must have Active Secret Clearance at a minimum.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Project Management certification
Experience in software or product development
Experience in business development milestone process (e.g. Shipley)
IC/DoD customer landscape proficiency

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $104,300-$224,200. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
