What You’ll Get to Do
Support the Program Management Office (PMO) activities to ensure overall operational excellence of CACI's prime contract supporting the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) customer. As a member of the PMO, you will play a critical role in planning, monitoring and controlling all management and technical activities to deliver the overall program and individual projects on schedule, on budget and with the highest quality. You will also identify and mitigate risk, perform problem resolution, demonstrate responsiveness to our customer, and continuously seek business operations improvements through innovative use of people, processes, and tools. As a high-performing member of the PMO, you will be supporting multi-disciplinary technical teams to perform rapid and innovative prototype development of warfighting capabilities that increase lethality, survivability, and warfighter effectiveness in support of the Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) mission to exploit national systems, educate warfighters, and influence development of future requirements across multiple technology areas to include: Geolocation and Tagging, Tracking, Locating; Sensor, Data Fusion, and Dissemination; Unconventional / Asymmetric Warfare / Support to Special Operations; Situational Awareness; Cyberspace and Spectrum Warfare Operations; Air Superiority; Command, Control and Spectrum Utilization; Real-Time/Near Real Time Large Data Analytics and Virtualization. Projects in the portfolio will range in quantity, scope, duration, and complexity. Projects are designed to transition to warfighters and/or national intelligence agencies for operational use, sustainment and appropriate acquisition Programs of Record for further development.
More About the Role
Leads the effort to identify and assign resources to projects based on PRD requirements
Maintains, updates and publishes integrated master schedule to include milestones, tasks, and subtasks as well as internal and external dependencies
Monitor and analyze schedule performance across each project lifecycle; recommend schedule mitigation
Maintain baseline integrated master schedule for the program and all authorized projects; update baseline as required; assess critical path activities for schedule risk; maintain IMS in HOPE web portal for access by FEDSIM and AF TENCAP
Develop schedule management methodologies / SOPs for developing project schedules based on PMBOK standards; ensures personnel are following schedule management plan
Evaluate weekly reports to track, analyze, and report information to allow project teams to manage projects
Coordinate project schedules, tasks, meeting updates, and efficient distribution of reports.
Prepare, implement, and monitor scopes of work using Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for control and integrity
Update project risk register to ensure that schedule risks are effectively managed to minimize their impact on schedule, scope, and budget of projects
Track baselines, perform analysis, and develop contingency plans
Demonstrate expert knowledge coordinating, planning, scheduling, and supervising products throughout their production process or cycle with use of industry tools such as MS Project.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Top Secret Clearance
At least 3 years’ experience coordinating with program management the integration of multiple project schedules into an overall Master Program Schedule.
At least 1 years’ experience with associating risk and risk mitigation, software and hardware requirements, status activity reports, and schedule review.
You have 2 years’ experience with MS Project, including working with project managers to develop detailed schedules and assist the project managers in keeping these schedules current.
At least 2 years direct experience with DoD or Intelligence community.
BA/BS + 3 YRS
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have
Eligibility for TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph (U.S. Citizenship required for clearance).
PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) or equivalent certification.
