More About the Role:

As Realty Support Technician, you will work in cooperation with existing realty staff to input new data and maintain current lease and space assignment information in a client or project proprietary file/database. In addition, you will:

  • review hardcopy and/or electronic lease documents for accuracy and completeness and coordinate corrections required with the Leasing Contacting Officer.;

  • review monthly CPI reports and determine adjustments required to leases;

  • update databases to reflect billing adjustments to lessors;

  • maintain official lease files and perform general administrative realty support duties;

  • scan and update new lease and assignment information in the appropriate file; and

  • research and provides information as required by Realty Specialists and Asset Managers.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Two (2) years experience in dealing with commercial lease transactions in administrative functions associated with rental of property or education that provided pertinent knowledge sufficient to comprehend and perform the required work;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; and

  • Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field;

  • Professional certifications in a related field; and/or

  • Experience working for GSA Public Buildings Service (PBS).

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $30,700-$61,400. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, geographic location, education, and certifications.
