CACI International Senior Business Development Executive, Electronic Warfare and Wireless Networks in Denver, Colorado
CACI International has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Executive our growing Wireless Solutions LGS Lab business in support of Electronic Warfare and Wireless Network capabilities. The manager of Business Development is involved in the development and execution of an overall growth strategy, pipeline generation, and new business awards targeted at growing DoD and Federal customers. Primary focus will be on the identification, development, qualification, and capture of opportunities, valued at over $100M each, while building and maintaining a qualified pipeline of >$75M in opportunities.The CACI Business Development Executive, Electronic Warfar will:
Be responsible for winning new business associated with Intel, DoD, and Federal customers focused on RF/SIGINT (Passive & Active) and Wireless/Network (5G)
Have a strong network of customer contacts and must be familiar with the DoD and OEM customer's major programs and upcoming initiatives.
Develop comprehensive account plans; identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Develop, maintain, and continually progress a pipeline of strategically relevant business opportunities aligned with the RF/SIGINT and 5G market.
Collaborate with partner companies, other CACI Sectors and within CACI LGS Lab staff to develop winning teaming strategies, support competitive analysis, develop prices analysis, and bid winning solutions.
Develop reports, briefings, and other management materials to support Executive Management decision making.
Brief pursuit Milestone Reviews to Sector Executive Leadership and other CACI Senior Executive Management Team members.
Work with sales, marketing, and potential customers to determine their needs.
Develop and disseminate information on a continuous basis to all pertinent parties concerning the fulfillment of sector business growth goals and objectives.
REQUIRED PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of 10 years of Business Development experience with the IC, DoD, or Federal experience, with at least 5+ years of Business Development RF/SIGINT (Passive & Active) and Wireless/Network (5G) opportunities.
The candidate should have a working knowledge of the Federal procurement process, and a demonstrated proficiency with Intelligence and Department of Defense strategy and acquisition plans.
Knowledge of the DoD budget preparation and execution process.
Demonstrated ability to execute the business development function with minimum supervision.
Effective leader/participant in formal presentations to clients and potential teaming partners; proven track record of building winning teams as well as successfully negotiating with potential team members as to roles and participation.
Detailed insight into DoD current and future programs is strongly desired.
Formal training in the Shipley capture process is strongly desired.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Bachelor's degree is required.
TS Clearance is required. TS/SCI POLY Is desired.
